FIRST AID, CPR AND ADVANCED COURSES

• Cancelling: Students may receive a full refund if cancelling at least 5 days prior to their scheduled course (minus a $25 cancellation fee regardless of when it is requested). Refund requests must be submitted via email to Info@forestcityfirstaid.com. Cancellations are not allowed past the 5 day window.

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your course free of charge up to 5 days prior to your course. Rescheduling is not allowed past the 72-hour window. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to Info@forestcityfirstaid.com.

• Medical Reasons: Students not able to attend their course because of medical reasons can reschedule their course by providing a medical note. A $25 fee will be applied. Medical note must be provided within 2 weeks of the course start date.

• Cancellations: All cancellation requests are subject to a $25 transaction fee. This fee is automatically deducted from the refund regardless of when the request was submitted.

• Late Rescheduling: Late rescheduling requests will be subjected to a $25 administration fee. Rescheduled courses will no longer be refundable.

• Subsequent Rescheduling: Candidates who are registered in our courses and meet the rescheduling eligibility are each granted to reschedule their course once free of charge. Subsequent rescheduling requests will be charged an administrative fee of $25 each time. Candidates will be granted up to 2 rescheduling requests.

• Invalid Absences: Students will not be eligible for refunds for the following but not limited reasons; not meeting course prerequisites, missing course sessions, late arrival to the course, lack of course materials, etc.

• Valid Absences: Candidates who are not present for a scheduled course or exam must submit valid documentation in order to reschedule their course. This documentation should be received within three business days of the missed course/exam date and rescheduling requests will be subjected to a $25 administrative fee. Refund options are no longer available.

• No Shows: Candidates who do not show up for their scheduled courses with no prior notice nor documentation will not be eligible for refunds nor rescheduling requests. Students will be required to re-register online should they wish to complete their course.

• Prerequisites: Candidates are responsible to ensure that they are registering for the correct course and hold the correct prerequisites in order to attend their course. Participants who register for the incorrect course or do not hold the corresponding prerequisites will not eligible for refunds and are subjected to a late rescheduling fee.
